The segment reported on the Domino’s Pizza YouTube fiasco and included the crisis and reputation management insights of Aaron and Robert Dilenschneider of the Dilenschneider Group. In the segment, Aaron explains how an isolated event can become of full-blown global media crisis spawned by social media platforms and discusses the steps companies in Domino’s position can take to mitigate such a crisis. During his remarks, Aaron coined a new term, “social media terrorism.”
