Vapps
Vapps
Vapps, Inc. is a technology company that provides patent-pending audio conferencing technology to the SMB, Enterprise and Service Provider markets. The company was founded in 2003 by Ben Lilienthal, a Web mail and Napster innovator.
In 2006, Vapps was preparing to announce several high-profile partnerships with Skype, Yahoo and Gizmo to provide consumers with VoIP conference call products and services. Kwittken & Company was engaged to help generate widespread awareness of these partnerships and to help elevate Vapps’ image beyond the telecom and VoIP trades and into the more mainstream business and technology press.
Kwittken & Company was able to leverage its strong relationships with the media to generate coverage in a wide variety of top-tier outlets, such as Reuters, CIO, PBS Nightly Business Report and CMP TechWeb, among many others. In addition, due to the Agency’s efforts, Ben Lillienthal was named one of Red Herring’s “Tech Tots: 25 Rebels Who Will Rock The World” in December 2006.
