TOA Technologies is the leader in Customer Appointment Management (CAM) software, a breakthrough approach to managing mobile workforces. The application narrows the typical 4-to-8 hour “wait window” associated with these appointments to just 60 minutes.
TOA tasked Kwittken & Company to increase the company’s profile among key industry verticals, national media and industry influencers. The message was simple: “Now more than ever, it’s about time for TOA.” Utilizing a thought leadership and B2B campaign, KCO engaged in a series of activities to increase media exposure for TOA’s unique approach to CRM—its focus on the customer, its respect for the customer’s time, and the operational efficiencies and revenue gains that TOA delivers to its clients.
To increase exposure within its core audience, TOA became a more active participant at leading industry events, including the influential Cable Congress Expo that targeted potential broadband cable business customers. And at Gartner’s Customer Relationship Management Summit, KCO championed a presentation strategy that helped secure audience votes for the “Most Innovative CRM Vendor” solution over three other companies.
Additionally, KCO has managed parallel media and thought leadership programs to increase awareness of TOA’s solutions that has resulted in media coverage spanning regional and national business outlets, and telecom, cable and technology trades.
