Hida is Eco Chic!
Japanese furniture atelier, Hida Sangyo partnered with Italian industrial designer Enzo Mari to launch a new collection of sustainable furniture from Sugi wood, an innovative new material found only in Japan.
The company hired Kwittken & Company to introduce the new collection in New York City at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF). Kwittken & Company created a media preview event prior to the show at Sandbox Studios, where editors from Time Style & Design, Metropolis, The New York Times, Dwell, New York Magazine and others attended.
As a result, the new collection was featured in a number of prominent design publications and blogs including The New York Times, and TreeHugger.com among others.
